Emerging Perspectives on the Epidemiology and Control Strategies of Ebola Virus Disease in West Africa

Abstract
Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) continues to be a major health issue because it kills many, spreads quickly and faces challenges from social and cultural factors. The outbreak in West Africa in 2013–2016 highlighted the weak points in surveillance, emergency handling and reaching out to communities. This document looks at new information on EVD epidemiology, how it is spread and the methods used to handle the disease, paying attention to West Africa. Research concentrates on how zoonotic spillover, weaknesses in healthcare and people’s behavior and travel affect epidemic trends. It is clear from the review that applying diagnostics, increasing vaccination, community education and boosting health services will strengthen regions at high risk of outbreaks.

Incorporating Recovery Practices, Research, and Thought to Improve the Provision of Profession Care

Abstract
The Transformative Nurse Caring Framework is a holistic model uniting theoretical knowledge, empirical research, and new methods of healing as a way to improve professional nursing care. This model is based on the philosophy of human-centered care and underlines the combination of clinical expertise, compassionate presence, and innovative therapeutics to meet the complex patient needs of contemporary healthcare systems. The framework helps nurses with a framework to achieve resilience, better patient outcomes, and professional fulfillment by closing the gap between theory and practice. Mayo Pairing of the evidenced-based interventions with the caring and healing modalities emphasizes the importance of a scientific and relational interaction to clinical practice. Moreover, the framework reminds us of the critical role of reflective practice, ethical awareness, and interprofessional collaboration as an approach to establishing a healing environment to benefit patients and healthcare providers. Finally, Transformative Nurse Caring Framework provides a long-term route toward redefining nursing practice, to match professional development with the current requirements of caring and patient-focused care.

Creation of a Virtual Simulator Network for Integrated Medical Training

Abstract
The development of healthcare education is more focused on interprofessional collaboration in order to improve patient outcomes. By incorporating the Interprofessional Education (IPE) concept into medical education, one can provide students with a thorough view of collaborative practice, which would fill the gaps between different fields of healthcare. This paper examines design and execution of a virtual simulation experiment teaching system designed to meet the needs of integrated medicine training. Using immersive technologies, the platform offers a simulation of a real-world clinical setting, which helps to foster critical thinking, collaboration, and decision-making in medical students representing many different specialties. The design of the system is directed towards the encouragement of interactive learning, betterment of clinical competency, and performance assessment based on the generated data feedback. Preliminary results show that the virtual simulation can improve the engagement of students, their knowledge of multidisciplinary collaboration, and prepare them to work in the real world of clinical practice. This study highlights the possibility of integrating IPE concepts with virtual simulation technology to revolutionize the concept of integrated medical education and equip health care practitioners with collaborative and patient-centered care.

An Evidence-Based Review of Integrative Movement Therapies for Nurses with Frequent Back Pain

Abstract
Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is a common occupational health issue in nurses, which is commonly caused by lengthy working hours, repetitive handling of patients and physically demanding work. Traditional management methods like pharmacological treatment and ergonomic treatment offer partial help but might not be sufficient to treat the multidimensional characteristic of the pain. Mind-body exercise methods such as yoga, tai chi, Pilates, and qigong have been of growing interest due to their possible benefits of pain outcomes, functional mobility, and mental health. This evidence-based review summarizes existing research evidence on the effectiveness of mind-body interventions to decrease pain intensity, enhance the stability of posture, and reduce stress levels in nurses who experience CLBP. The discussion identifies physiological and psychological pathways in which such practices can enhance musculoskeletal health, musculoskeletal strength, and quality of life. Moreover, the review stresses the need to incorporate mind-body modalities in occupational health programs to establish sustainable non-pharmacological pain management tools to nurses. It is suggested that future research is necessary to develop standardized procedures, long-term outcomes, and interdisciplinary research on maximizing outcomes.

Yoga Pranayama Therapy’s Complementary Function: A Study Report

Abstract
Status epilepticus, especially atypical febrile seizure is a severe neurological emergency that needs to be managed in time and effectively. Traditional medical therapies, such as anticonvulsants and supportive care are usually necessary, but their complementary therapies can contribute further advantages to recovery and well being of the patient. The case study examines how the Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) healing can be incorporated as a form of complementary medicine to manage an atypical febrile seizure that causes status epilepticus. A young child with an established background of unresponsive prolonged seizure despite first line medical intervention was subjected to a series of sessions of YPV, in conjunction with standard medical care. It has been observed that there were significant changes in frequency, duration, and postictal recovery of seizures, relaxation, and physiological stability. The study does not only point to the possibilities of YPV healing as an alternative treatment to traditional one but also notes that more studies are necessary on its mechanisms and its applicability in the case of a pediatric neurological emergency. These results can help to propose that the holistic approach to seizing and better patient outcomes in the situation associated with the critical care can be facilitated with the help of mind-body interventions such as YPV.

A Debate Paper on Racism, Colonialism, And Its Effects on Nursing Scholarship

Abstract
The paper examines how racism together with colonialism over time continues to impact the nursing field by studying how power dynamics have influenced the creation and distribution of nursing information. The paper examines nursing education and research foundations epistemologically for showing how non-Western knowledge has been neglected and how Indigenous and Black nurses’ work has been forgotten along with Western dominance continuing to influence worldwide nursing conversations. The author opposes neutral approaches in nursing science while endorsing decolonization efforts through diverse curriculum development and anti-racist research and the acceptance of multiple knowledge systems. The paper establishes that nursing scholarship needs transformative changes to build equity and cultural humility and global justice within healthcare.

Impact of Nursing Attitudes and Traits on Coercive Practices in Acute Mental Health Care: A Systematic Review

Abstract
An evaluation of collective nursing performance in a high-pressure acute private medical ward focuses on the assessment of teamwork subscale averages to measure complete teamwork quality and effectiveness. This research adopts a standardized assessment tool to evaluate nursing teamwork while assessing communication along with mutual support and leadership and situational monitoring and team structure dimensions. The survey gathered data from registered nurses as well as enrolled nurses and nursing assistants who work in an acute care facility operated by private management through a quantitative cross-sectional survey design. The research results indicate that communication performs best among subscales along with mutual support yet leadership and situational monitoring received moderate ratings. The collected data indicates positive aspects of team performance together with certain domains that demand specific training programs. The research expands existing literature about structured team development as a method to increase patient safety and enhance job satisfaction of nurses working in acute care units. Private medical institutions must invest in professional development and establish open communication and standardized teamwork procedures to maintain high nursing practice quality.

Impact of EU Directives on Clinical Nursing Education Standards in Nordic Countries

Abstract
This research studies how European Union (EU) directives affect nursing education clinical practice runs in Denmark Finland Iceland Norway and Sweden. These European countries share EU standards because of both regional frameworks accompanied by mutual recognition agreements regardless of their varied EU membership levels. The research evaluates how EU directives including Directive 2005/36/EC and its subsequent changes modify clinical skills contents and academic frameworks and student exchange patterns between countries. The research examines the difficulties and advantages that stem from these directives as well as their impact on clinical training hours together with quality control and teamwork between different professions. The majority of Nordic nations adopt EU requirements for nursing education quality and comparison but face difficulties maintaining their own national educational traditions alongside EU standardization requirements.
