Effect of Home Nursing on Glycemic Control among People with Rural Type 2 Diabetes

Abstract
This study looks at how nursing interventions carried out at home affect glycemic control for rural adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). Few medical resources and help with healthy living mean rural communities face healthcare difficulties. Therefore, a 12-week joint community intervention was carried out with 90 participants. Regular health check-ups by nurses, personal advice on health, reminders to take medicine and advice on healthy living were part of the program. I monitored how their Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c), blood sugar monitoring and compliance with prescribed medications changed. Results showed a significant drop in average HbA1c levels (p < 0.01) due to home-based nursing interventions, proving that managing blood sugar in the home improves control. The participants showed more attention to how they feel and to taking their medication, as a consequence of regular visits from the nurses. They show that offering care in the community does a lot to help rural residents cope with chronic diseases. Interventions carried out at home are practical and can be sustained to support the improvement in health for those with chronic conditions, like Type 2 diabetes.

Innovation Model to Incorporate Preventive Wellness to Enhance Basic Healthcare

Abstract
The ability to incorporate primary healthcare in the context of preventive wellness has become the priority of the global interest within the sphere of resilience and patient-centered development. In this paper, we are going to present a new model of RHWP Innovation Model that will supplement traditional primary care by providing more structured wellness pathways, allowing the community engagement as well as introducing holistic interventions. The model focuses on the early identification and lifestyle change alongside education, which is possible since it connects the two possible approaches to health care: curative and preventive. It also integrates wellness strategies with primary healthcare provision in terms of accessibility, equity and sustainability. Not only is this strategy empowering the efficiency of primary care, but it is also making individuals and communities responsible in controlling their health, which eventually supports the agenda of universal health coverage.

This paper dwells on Community involvement as a driver of professional identity formation in the nursing students. Results have shown that real-world community-based experiential learning supports professional values and the growth of reflective practice and helps close the academic-professional gap. The findings bring out the transformative power of community-based engagement in equipping nursing students to overcome complexities in healthcare settings, with confidence and integrity.

Teaching Nursing Students about Psychological Wellness and Global Warming Through the Use of Movies

Abstract
The issue of climate change and mental health represents an emerging healthcare problem that has a keen captivating interest to the nursing professionals, especially in nursing education. New pedagogical approaches are necessary to equip the future nurses with the knowledge on how to overcome the psychological effects of environmental disasters. The present paper discusses using films as a teaching method to increase knowledge, empathy and critical reflection among nursing students. Cinematic narratives allow learners to come into contact on an emotional and cognitive level with the multi-layered realities of climate change, such as its severe mental health repercussions. With the help of the inclusion of the film into learning systems, it is possible to promote the practices of nursing curricula in deeper awareness of climate-related mental health care and improve resilience and patient-centered strategies. This is discussed in the light of the transformational power of film on catalysing the exchange between theory and practice, the democratisation of education on climate change, its effectiveness, and its dimensionalization.

An Educational Review on Circuit Training and Its Role in Improving Fitness Levels

Abstract
Circuit training is an adaptable and time-efficient exercise method that integrates resistance training, cardiovascular activities, and high-intensity movements performed in a repeated sequence with minimal rest. Originating in the early 1950s at the University of Leeds, circuit training has evolved into a widely practiced fitness approach suitable for individuals of all skill levels. This paper provides an overview of circuit training, its structure, types, and practical applications for home-based, gym-based, and outdoor workouts. The discussion highlights how circuit programs can be tailored using timed circuits, repetition circuits, competitive formats, and sport-specific drills to meet diverse fitness goals. The benefits of circuit training including improvements in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, metabolic rate, flexibility, mobility, and weight management are examined in detail. Overall, circuit training is presented as a versatile exercise strategy that promotes total-body conditioning and supports long-term physical health and wellness.

Creating a Mentoring Program for Leadership to Promote Postdoctoral Nurses in Research Careers

The progress of nursing science heavily depends on postdoctoral nurses who lead with strength and conduct powerful research. This development paper explains the development process of a structured Leadership Mentoring in Nursing Research Program specifically designed for postdoctoral nurses. The program supports postdoctoral nursing professionals by providing tailored mentorship services for academic achievements alongside leadership education along with continued research output development. Procurement Resources and Leadership training with grant writing assistance and scholarly presentation opportunities are integrated with the mentor-mentee relationship program. Participants showed improved research competence along with leadership preparedness that led to better career development based on initial program surveys. The framework acts as a standard approach for supporting worldwide advancement of early-career nurse scientists.

The Bologna Process’s Effect on Nursing Education Standardization in the European Economic Area

Abstract
European higher education systems including nursing education undergo major changes because of the Bologna Process implementation. This paper examines in detail how the Bologna Process impacts the standardized qualitycontrolled mobility framework of nursing education across European Economic Area member states. The Bologna Process works to create a standardized education system by implementing three education levels and the European Qualifications Framework in nursing curriculum. The total execution of Bologna reforms remains inconsistent between states which triggered various responses from institutions particularly in their clinical instruction methods and competency requirements. This paper evaluates the outcomes of Bologna reform on nursing education while making suggestions to enhance European-wide nursing curriculum harmonization.
