Call for Papers

The Journal of Transitional Pharmaceutical Care (JTPC) invites original research articles, reviews, case reports, and short communications for publication in upcoming issues. We are dedicated to publishing impactful content that addresses the role of pharmacists and pharmaceutical interventions in patient care during transitions between health care settings.

Submission Guidelines

  • Manuscripts should be prepared according to the Instructions for Authors provided on our website.
  • Submissions should be original and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • All submissions are subject to a rigorous peer review process to ensure the highest quality and integrity of the content.
  • Accepted papers will be published in upcoming issues of the journal.
