AJAOP follows a Gold Open Access model, ensuring all published articles are freely accessible online without any subscription or access charges. Authors retain copyright, and content is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.

Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must ensure that their manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Proper acknowledgment of all sources and collaborators is mandatory.
  • Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited.

Plagiarism Policy

  • All submissions are screened using advanced plagiarism detection tools.
  • Manuscripts with plagiarism above 10% will be returned or rejected immediately.
  • Authors may be asked to provide clarification or corrections in cases of overlap.

Retraction & Correction Policy

  • Corrections or errata may be issued for minor issues post-publication, as deemed necessary by the editorial team.

Conflict of Interest

All authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest that could influence their work or judgment.

Copyright & Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their published work.
  • All articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use with proper citation.

Article Withdrawal Policy

Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time before final publication by submitting a formal written request. Withdrawal after peer review or acceptance must include a valid reason and editor approval.

Ethical Oversight
